Our Doctor

Dr. Douglas Dillard attended Lubbock Christian University before pursuing his dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Dillard has also received an MBA from Texas Tech University. He has a passion for treating patients with jaw pain and migraine headaches which led to him completing a mini-residency in TMJ treatment at the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. He is an avid reader who consistently continues his education in order to provide his patients with the latest and greatest dental care. For over 30 years, Dr. Dillard has been providing exceptional general dentistry to families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, first in DeSoto and now in North Richland Hills and the surrounding communities. Dr. Dillard and his wife Janet have one grown son, Aaron.

Dr. Sara Bustos decided she wanted to be a Dentist at the young age of 7 years old. We are fortunate to have her live out her dream and take care of our patients. Her goal is to provide excellent patient care and incorporate preventive measures for each patient. She is a member of the American Dental Society and of the Texas Dental Society. Dr. Bustos was born in Colombia, and moved to Boston, MA as a young girl. She completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine to earn her DMD degree. After many years in Boston, Dr. Bustos moved to the great state of Texas, running away from the snow, with her fiancé and yorkie. During her free time, Dr. Bustos enjoys working out, walks with her dog, trying new taco places, and exploring the city or traveling. Dr. Bustos is looking forward to meeting you!
